We have decided to play a more active
part in helping our clients find lots. We will actually
find the lots for you. We are doing this by acquiring
large properties that have been sub-divided and prepared
for building. We understand that means you may not be
able to pick the exact area your home may be built, but
if you are able to find a viable lot yourself, we will
have no problem building there for you.
We will still be able to send you lot listings in the
areas you desire if you want to continue looking on your
own. Understand that we can only work with people who
have been enrolled in the program.

BACKGROUND, HISTORY AND GOALS:
AmeriHomes Inc, was founded in 1991 by ordained minister
Glenn Steeley, Ph.D., who has dedicated himself to a
Christian Ministry that would provide a new home for every
renter that wanted one: finally STOP PAYING RENT.
The company’s attained goal, [as evidenced by nearly
1000 assisted families], is to provide qualified applicants
with NO COST rental assistance and
financial support leading to home ownership. From 1993 to
1997, the program generated just under $1,000,000.00 of
gross income. In 1997, Doc had a stroke and left his
mission, taking it up again in 2003 with a new management
team that is growing the mission and expanding throughout
the United States.
HOME EQUITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: AmeriHomes
negotiates highly favorable arrangements with realtors,
builders, and mortgage companies, making such goals a
reality. Participants can pick their location, home floor
plan, and décor from a wide range of options and at a cost
well within the fair market value of the completed house.

AmeriHomes, Inc. offers participants the best possible
solution to saving money to obtain the American Dream:
owning your own home.
We provide a service, not presently available anywhere, that
gives the moderate to middle income renter, [not qualified
for 100% mortgage] a real opportunity to own a home
of his or her own.
Here’s how it works. AmeriHomes Inc. pays a qualified
applicant’s rent up to 10 months. That is money the
applicant never has to repay. Paying their
rent allows them to save money for the funds needed to
purchase a home.
APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS;

*A combined household income of at least $25,000.00.

*Two years of reasonably good credit. [Including good
rental payment history of two or more years]

*Bankruptcy is ok unless a house is involved, then it must
be two years. [there
